Document, Document, Document! We cannot stress that enough to you. Everything we do from the initial phone call, to the inspection, to repairs, we document with digital photos and written forms.
The process starts with you, the property manager, submitting a request for work, via a work order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mail to Doodlebuggers Service Network 38 S. Blue Angel Parkway #213, Pensacola, FL 32506. If your company does not have a work order request form, click here to download a copy. Upon receipt of the work request, our team gets to work on it right away.
We contact the tenant to schedule the appointment and then contact you with the date and time of the service call. Once the job is complete, we will send you via email, before & after pictures, completed Doodlebuggers inspection or evaluation form, estimates for repair (if recommended), sample warranties (if repair’s are recommended), and your invoice titled with the property address and your company name. We can also tailor our invoices to meet your needs. If you have a special request, please call the office at any of the numbers listed below to discuss.

We understand property manager and tenant relationships, with that being said, we DO NOT share any information with the tenant. We will make one exception; if a fireplace is unsafe for use we will inform the tenant not to use the system until their property manager gives them permission. All documentation goes to you, the paying customer; we do not leave any paperwork with the tenant.
