Request for Proposal (RFP) Submissions
We accept RFP’s via email to or mail to Doodlebuggers Service Network 38 S. Blue Angel Parkway #213, Pensacola, FL 32506. Please include your company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number, email address and any detailed information regarding the project. If there are special requests make sure it is highlighted in the RFP.
Upon receipt of the RFP, we will call to schedule a site visit of the proposed project. If there are any blueprints, fire escape plans or any other documentation that provide the layout of the building, a copy will be requested to complete the RFP. We can take the original, make a copy and return the original to you with the RFP if there are no copies available.
We highly encourage questions to anything we have suggested or recommended in our proposal. The packet we send may not always answer every question, so please feel free to call our office. This is an everyday event for us, but for most people they do not understand what we are recommending and why. We would be happy to explain. We are honest and transparent in all of dealings; there are never any surprises, if we can help it.
Once a proposal is approved, please have the authorized personnel sign the proposal and email to the signed copy to our office. Upon receipt, we will contact you to schedule the work to be completed. When the project is complete, we will send before & after pictures of the service and warranties (if applicable) to your preferred email address.
We are honored that you have considered our company to serve your needs. We carry up to 1 million dollars coverage for the following policies; auto, workers compensation, general liability and errors and omissions insurance policies.
We would be happy to add you to our insurance policy as a certificate holder or as an additional insured. If you would like these certificates, please send your request including your company name, company contact, address, phone number, and email address by email to , or mail your request to Doodlebuggers Service Network 38 S. Doodlebuggers can submit certified payroll on a weekly or bi weekly basis. If this a requirement for your RFP, please indicate so on your request. We will work with you, to submit all paperwork on time and correct. We also keep hardcopies of all submitted certified payrolls on file for future reference.
Invoices & Payments
We ask for payment at time of service. If we have completed a project that has a signed proposal, then we will email our invoice to your preferred billing email address. Once you receive an invoice, we ask for payment to be remitted within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept company or personal checks, Discover, Visa and MasterCard for payment. We do not keep any credit card numbers on file and shred all credit card numbers after we process the card.
Upon request, a paid receipt can be emailed or mailed. All checks should be made payable to Doodlebuggers Service Network and mailed to 38 S. Blue Angel Parkway #213, Pensacola, FL 32506. Please include your invoice number on your check.
The Doodlebuggers’ Process
Document, Document, Document! We cannot stress that enough to you our valued customers and our team members. Everything we do from the initial phone call, to the inspection or site visit, to repairs, we document with digital photos and written forms.
We schedule your inspection or site visit at a convenient date and time for you. Once the inspection or site visit is complete, we will send you via email the following information. Before pictures (if cleaning or repair is recommended), our completed Doodlebuggers inspection or evaluation form (if you’re not present and payment has been made for inspection), the proposal for cleaning or repair (if recommended), and sample warranties (if repair recommended). All documents are titled with the RFP#, property address and your company name.
Out Certified Technicians
Our technicians are not sub contractors they are true employees of the company. They go through a rigorous process to learn every detail of all of our services. Most of our technicians are cross trained and certified in many designations including Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) to name a couple. They must earn these designations via national standardized testing. This is not something to take lightly; we want to ensure they know what they are doing while they are serving your property.
Our certified technicians do not work off commission, so when they recommend a repair it is not personally benefiting them to make that recommendation. They are true certified technicians, not sales people in disguise as a technician. We want you to feel confident that we are always sending the very best to inspect, clean or repair your property.

To set up your company in our system we require the following information. Company name, contacts authorized to make request for service, billing address, billing email address, phone number, fax number.

Set Doodlebuggers Up As A Vendor
We will be happy to fill out any company required paperwork and submit it back with our W-9 form. If you would like to be added to our insurance policy as an certificate holder or additional insured, please state so on your request form.
