From the first visit to the final recommendation, we document our work with digital photos, written evaluation forms, and clear next steps so you have a record of what was found, what was done, and what may be recommended next.

Service built for real life
At Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill & Outdoor if you are out of town, managing a second home, or coordinating work on a rental property, we can often still complete eligible inspections, cleanings, and repairs as long as access is arranged. That makes our process especially helpful for absentee homeowners, military families, and property stakeholders who need dependable communication and digital documentation.
Payment For Services
At Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill & Outdoor payment is due when initial service appointments are completed. We send you a link to enter your credit card that only you can see to secure the appointment. If you are present during the appointment the technician will ask you to physically present the card and run it at time of service. If you are not present then someone on the accounting team will run the quoted charge once your service paper work has been processed. You card is never run before service is complete nor is it charged more than once. You may delete the card on file at your choosing.
FOR APPROVED REPAIRS INSTALLATIONS ETC- A described down payment is required for each project. The final payment is required when all quoted work is completed. All checks should be made payable to Doodlebuggers Service Network and mailed to 38 S. Blue Angel Parkway #213, Pensacola, FL 32506. Please include your invoice number on your check.
Absent Homeowners & Personal Rental Properties
At Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill & Outdoor we serve many homeowners while they are aboard or stationed elsewhere. This is a very common occurrence and with today’s technology, it is safe and easy to provide service for you. We are able to complete all inspections, cleanings, or repairs as long as we have access to the home. A neighbor, tenant, friend, or family member can meet our technician at the home to let us in for service.
We simply ask, during the scheduling process to put a credit card on file for payment. Once all service is completed, we will charge the credit card, shred the credit card number and email all supporting documents including digital photos of work performed to your preferred email address. Estimate For Repair
At Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill & Outdoor we highly encourage questions to anything we have suggested or recommended for a property. The packet we send may not always answer every question, so please feel free to call our office. This is an everyday event for us, but for most people they do not understand what we are recommending and why. We would be happy to explain. We are honest and transparent in all of our dealings; there are never any surprises, if we can help it.
Once an estimate is approved by the homeowner, please sign the estimate and email the signed copy to our office. Upon receipt, we will order any parts needed to complete the repair and contact you to schedule the repair job. When the repair is complete, we will send before & after pictures of the repair and warranties (if applicable) to your preferred email address.
