- As a customer, you are entitled to the privilege of being an individual and dealing with individuals. If there is a question on your account, you are entitled to talk or correspond with another individual so the question can be resolved immediately on the most mutually satisfactory basis possible.

- As a customer, you are entitled, no make that encouraged to complain. We would miss you terribly if you left us without telling us why, because even if we cannot make you happy, you may save a future customer from the same problem.
